ELWOOD - On Wednesday, the 31st ultimo, Michael Elwood, aged 8 years and 11 months, son of Francis Elwood.
     The friends are requested to attend his funeral, on ths (Thurday) afternoon, at One o'clock, from his fathers residence, Canton.

BETTS - On Wednesday morning, at 7o'clock, after suffering the most excessive pain from injuries received by the burden cars, in Camden street of the Philadelphia and Wilmington Railroad Company, Geo Poindexter Betts, aged 14 years and 9 months, son of William Betts.

LUGLER - In the US Naval Hospital, Pensacola, Fla., after a lingering and painful illness, Joseph Lugler, aged 35 years.  Ord. Sergeant US Marine Corps, late of the U.S. ship Albany.
